Slepe Hall Hotel is a relatively unique wedding venue in Cambridgeshire in that it has a license to hold civil ceremonies all year round, including on a Sunday.
This additionally that if you are getting married elsewhere, we can still plan your wedding reception on a Sunday too.

The Hotel Manager has over 15 years experience of organising weddings of all sizes and is very happy to help with the planning of your event.
Depending on your wedding party size we have various rooms which can accommodate your wedding breakfast. Ample parking is available at the front, side and rear of the hotel.

For up to 250 guests the Brunel Suite is a self-contained function hall to the left rear side of the hotel and is perfect for holding a large wedding reception as it offers superb facilities for a totally self-contained room. The ceremony can be hosted for up to 250 people then while you are having your photographs taken we will transform the room into your dining room. This room has its own cloakrooms and a super bar, which means after your wedding breakfast we can transform the room again into your own nightclub to party the night away. The suite also benefits from its own private entrance ideal for arriving guests. It has ground floor access from within the hotel, making it ideal for less mobile guests and for those requiring wheelchair access.

The room can have a multitude of ways for seating with the Wedding Party Top Table in any location. Round tables are then scattered around the room. If required the room can be partitioned to accommodation smaller party numbers than 250. Hire Cost £500.

The Restaurant


For your wedding breakfast the Brasserie Restaurant will accommodate up to 45 guests for a sit down meal. It is situated just off the entrance lobby. and benefits from overlooking the gardens and terrace.  A Wedding breakfast held in the brasserie must have vacated this room by 5.30pm.

The room is light and airy benefiting from two sets of French doors which open onto the patio and garden areas, ideal for summer time. Hire Cost £300.


Accommodating up to 50 Guests the Cromwell Room is ideal for a medium sized wedding celebration. This old school room is timber panelled offering a traditional style with a modern twist. This room will accommodate up to 50 for a sit down meal or for a buffet. This room will also accommodate a small disco and a private bar if required. The room is situated behind and separate from the hotel bar area and has its own separate, ground-level entrance ideal for arriving guests.

A runner table can be placed in the room’s centre which is ideal for smaller numbers or for a large numbers of guests can be placed as a traditional
top table with smaller tables for your guests around the room. Hire Cost £200.

Seating up to 16 people The Library is the perfect private room for intimate, small wedding parties for close-friends and family. It is located adjoining to our lobby and main hotel bar with doors closing off both areas for privacy.

The windows overlook the front of the hotel and the bar is obviously located next door. If your wedding is near Christmastime it may even be dressed already in a Christmassy theme. Hire Cost £100.


It is possible to hire out the whole of the hotel for your wedding reception. This includes the Bridal Suite and special rates can be arranged for your wedding party which will include breakfast the next morning. Please contact us for more details.
